Designed for young performers of all ages and experience levels, Marian Street Theatre for Young People's exciting programs give children and teens the chance to build confidence, develop performance skills, make new friends and have fun in a supportive, creative environment led by expert artists.

Jump into action and unleash your creativity with Acting Masterclasses, as well as Comedy & Improv and Drama bootcamps. They also have Musical Theatre and Creative Writing workshops.

Marian Street Theatre for Young People Spring Holiday Workshops

It's fun central at Marian Street Theatre for Young People these holidays!

Marian Street Theatre courses offer a comprehensive theatre education for budding performers from Kindergarten all the way through to Year 9 to explore acting skills like characterisation, listening, and reacting.

Led by professional artists, they will learn storytelling techniques such as story arc and story building; delve into stagecraft, collaboration, and ensemble building, and be guided on vocal techniques. They will also be introduced to public speaking, stage physicality, and movement, all while fostering confidence in a fun and safe environment.

2 October: 10 am - 4 pm (Teens Y7-9) - Killara

Week 2: 6 – 9 October 2026

6 - 8 October: 9 am - 12 pm (K-3) - Killara

7 October: 10 am - 4 pm (Teens Y7-9) - Hornsby

8 October: 10 am - 4 pm (Teens Y7-9) - Killara

9 October: 10 am - 4 pm (Y4-6) - Turramurra
