About this event
Join artist Amy Josephine Wright for an Auslan storytime in our children’s art library. Amy will deliver an interactive storytime in Auslan, interpreted in English.
Exploring self-expression through drawing, storytime will be followed by an art making activity.
Auslan storytime is designed for children and their carers who are D/deaf or hard-of-hearing. However, hearing children and carers who are interested in learning Auslan are encouraged to join.
Amy Josephine Wright is an emerging artist based in Dharug and GuriNgai Land. She is also hard-of-hearing, with Auslan as her first language.
